This guide will walk you through the process of creating promotions and generating both single-use and bulk coupons. Learn how to offer discounts effectively to boost sales and reward your customers.

👨‍💻 Log in to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.

1. Navigate to 'Products' from the main dashboard.

2. Go to 'Promotions'

3. Click on Create Promotion to proceed further

4. Enter a name for your promotion and choose the discount type, either on specific products or on the total checkout amount.

5. Select the discount type, either as a fixed amount off or a percentage discount.

6. Select the redemption limit: either select one or many as per your preference.

7. Add a product if you want to apply the promotion to a specific item.

8. If you select the single coupon type, provide a code name and configure the settings for how and when you want the students to use it.

9. If you choose the bulk coupon option, specify the number of coupons you want to generate, set the length, provide the prefix and suffix, and configure the settings for how and when you want the students to use them.

10. Click on 'Add another code' to create an additional coupon code.

11. Click on Create Promotion to finalize the process.
