Managing tags in the Question Bank helps educators and administrators organize questions effectively. Tags make it easier to filter, search, and categorize questions for assessments, saving time and improving workflow. This guide covers how to add, update, and remove tags seamlessly.
👨💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.
1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main Dashboard.
2. Click on 'Question Bank' to proceed further.
3. Select any of the required folders.
4. Click on 'Manage Tags' icon as shown
5. Click "Add Tags" to include new tags for the questions.
6. Click on Update Tags to savethe progress made.
ℹ️ Note: A confirmation tab will appear for you to update all the given tags.
7. Click "Remove All Tags" to delete all tags from the questions.
ℹ️ Note: There will be no confirmation tab. Clicking "Remove All Tags" will instantly delete all tags in one click.
