Instructor Privileges: Managing and Rescheduling Live Sessions with Ease

This article outlines the instructor privileges available during live sessions, including the ability to start, manage, and reschedule sessions as needed. 👨‍💻 Login to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials.

1. Navigate to 'Classroom' from the main dashboard

2. Select any of the required classroom

3. Click on 'Users' from the side navigation bar

4. To assign instructor privileges, click on the three dots and select 'Update Privileges' to designate them as an instructor.

5. Click on 'OK' to save your changes

6. Navigate to the 'Instructors' section to verify if the person has been successfully added as an instructor.

👩‍🏫 Instructor's point of view:

7. They go to the 'Calendar' section

8. They click on the 'Reschedule Session' icon to proceed with rescheduling the session.

9. They can adjust the day and time of the session using the customization options.

10. Click on Continue to save the changes made.

11. They can confirm that the session has been successfully rescheduled.

12. They can click on 'Start' to begin the session.

⚠️ Note:Instructors do not have the privilege to delete or cancel a session, nor can they schedule a new session directly from their end. Their role is focused on managing and rescheduling existing sessions, as well as starting sessions when needed. For any session cancellations, deletions, or new scheduling, administrative access is required.
