How to Preview Questions from the Admin Side?

The Preview Assessment Interface from the Admin Side guide helps administrators review assessments before they go live. This feature allows you to navigate through questions, view correct answers with explanations, analyze user response data, and make necessary edits or reports. You can also track response trends using the View Analysis option. Previewing ensures accuracy and clarity, helping educators refine assessments for better learning outcomes.

👨‍💻 Log in to your learning platform as an administrator with your admin credentials

1. Navigate to 'Assessments' from the main dashboard.

2. Click on 'Question Bank' to proceed further.

3. Select any of the required folders.

4. Click on 'Preview' icon as shown below.

ℹ️ This action not only shows you the preview of user interface but also gives other few exciting details (which of course the users won't have while taking the assessment)

5. Easily navigate to the next or previous question with a click.

6. You can also report or edit a question if needed from this section.

7. You can toggle the view to see the correct answer along with the reasoning behind it for each question.

8. Clicking "View Analysis" displays the average percentage of users who selected each option and the time they took to respond.
